ABOUT DREGY PROPERTIES

Dregy Properties is a dynamic, rapidly growing real estate company established in February 2022. Headquartered in Johannesburg, we have expanded our operations to include branches in Cape Town, Potchefstroom, and Mafikeng. Our founder and principal, Mr. Reginald Mbaegbu, brings extensive expertise to the firm, having worked in the real estate sector since 2014. Prior to founding Dregy Properties, Mr. Mbaegbu spent eight years as a successful real estate agent with Amazing Properties.

OUR GROWTH AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Since our inception, Dregy Properties has experienced significant growth. We now boast a team of over 30 dedicated agents operating across all our branches. In 2024 alone, the company achieved gross sales exceeding R50 million. Furthermore, our strategic partnership with Damac Developers a leading Middle Eastern property developer established in 2022, has allowed us to facilitate high value property acquisitions between Africa and the Middle East, resulting in R97 million in sales.
